I am a button mushroom grower in India and in my farm I am able to achieve 20kg per sq m yield in two flushes.I use wheat straw, chicken manure and gypsum for making compost.I use coco peat and river clay for casing.Currently I am observing deformed odd shaped pins on 6th day after flushing.Yield is dropped to 14%.Spawn run and case run growth is good. Also observing hard gill mushrooms. Not able to find reason for this and hence requesting guidance from experts.

Hello!I am an agricultural engineer from Lebanon and I am interested in starting a mushroom farm here in Lebanon, can I please ask for your consultation on this subject? Especially I'm concerned with the pasteurization chamber, is it possible to buy a ready made chamber or it should be built in location? If you cell pasteurization chambers can you please tell me the price?
Thank you in advance!
