I'm apologized for taking your time. I want to use "turkey manure" instead "boiler manure" for mushroom compost. The amount of nitrogen, potassium and sulfur of chicken manure and turkey manure are the same but chicken manure had the lower amount phosphors related to chicken manure (about 20%).
Have you ever used turkey manure to make mushroom compost or have some experience in this field?
What do you think of the use of turkey manure in the manufacture of mushroom compost?
Thank you for your attention

Could you give me a general overlay of mushroom harvesting. for exsample how much mushrooms per m2 in flush1,2 and 3. and how many days do you pick each flush. For example, frist flush 5 days of harvesting:
1st day 2 kg/m2,
2nd day 3 kg/m2,
3rd day 3 kg/m2,
4th day 3 kg/m2
5th day 2 kg/m2
Also how many days is there a gap beetwen flush 1 and 2, and flush 2 and 3?
also do you calculate the yeald as percemntage of kilos of kompost used in a room, and if you do how big is the percentage?

My sister and I are first time button mushroom growers. We have been having low yield and now the little mushroom is growing with reddish stains. During the cading period we had some green mould but we pucked it off and chlorinated the affected shelves. Thank you for any insight.

I am a button mushroom grower in India and in my farm I am able to achieve 20kg per sq m yield in two flushes.I use wheat straw, chicken manure and gypsum for making compost.I use coco peat and river clay for casing.Currently I am observing deformed odd shaped pins on 6th day after flushing.Yield is dropped to 14%.Spawn run and case run growth is good. Also observing hard gill mushrooms. Not able to find reason for this and hence requesting guidance from experts.
