Hi,
We are getting low mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) yield in Second Flush.
For 10 Kgs of compost, we are getting an average yield of 1.5 kgs
(First Crop - 1 kg, Second crop - 0.5Kg). Earlier we were getting 2.2 kgs of mushroom for the same compost.
We are using Paddy straw, Wheat straw, chicken Manure, Ammonium sulphate, Gypsum, Urea for producing compost.
Unable to locate the problem. Please suggest how to improve the yield.

Usually paddy straw have a low structure.its have a fast degradable trait.so you have focus on your compost moisture and nitrogen level of compost.then pin setting conditions you have to maintain moderate pinning conditions.
