hi my friends.
I have two question :
1- I filled my room with compost in 5 stairs and in bags system .the day after it spawning growth is started but I have problem with the temps of composts in differ stairs. in first stair
the temp is lower of the room temp. and the last one has equal temp to room .how can i solve it?
2_ Is there a complete book about management of growing rooms?

Answer on your questions:
1.Problem with different temperatures on the different layers, is because hot air, is going up, and cold air is staying down.
To have same temperatures on all layers, in all bags, you have to have air recycling system.
In this way, air, will be mowed around of the growing room, and temperatures in the air and compost, will be with less difference. Anyhow, temperature difference between compost and air, has to be ±2°C. (25°C temperature of compost, and 23-22°C in the air).
2. About growing mushrooms book, you can see it, on Penn state university, they have some books. Also Holland growing mushrooms association , Cpoint, has some books,
