I am a button mushroom grower in India and in my farm I am able to achieve 20kg per sq m yield in two flushes.I use wheat straw, chicken manure and gypsum for making compost.I use coco peat and river clay for casing.Currently I am observing deformed odd shaped pins on 6th day after flushing.Yield is dropped to 14%.Spawn run and case run growth is good. Also observing hard gill mushrooms. Not able to find reason for this and hence requesting guidance from experts.
