    To be honest, I never did an analysis on the types of proteins in the compost phase 2. It is enough to know that with the right flow of the second phase, the protein contained in aerobic microorganisms, working in the tunnel pasteurization, ideal for mushroom mycelium. The growth rate in such compost mycelium exceeds 10 mm per day.
